In order to attach the listed documents you should first scan and save them in your computer. For - Application form -  please download the file, fill in the computer and attach using the same practice as the rest of the files. Please note that the sections diploma and academic record only require academic degrees received most recently. If your diploma and academic record are not issued in English please add (unofficial) English translation in the respective sections. In case the documents are in English just ignore the sections. The suggested formats for file uploads are: doc, docx, pdf, jpg.
