18th Annual EINIRAS conference "Libraries Serving the Policy-Makers" took place on September, 18-19 in Tallinn in cooperetion with National Library in Estonia.

2003

PHARE-SPP project ZZ0112 'Simple Decision - TV programs'. EU-related TV debate programs before the 2003 Estonian EU accession referendum. In cooperation with the Estonian Debating Society and TV3 Channel.
